Alone or lonely? They're different.

Being alone, taking yourself alone to shop or to coffees is a must from time to time. Especially when it's time to gather your thoughts or after a long period of socializing. You gotta get your energy back. And in the other side, you gotta treat yourself as you treat your best friend. Taking alone time is not scary as you thought. It doesn't mean a person is sad, having problems or feeling down. In fact, it means that he reached a high level of self love, acceptance and harmony within. It means that a person knows when to be an extrovert, how to optimize the energy so it can last longer and when to take a step back and become an introvert so you can save your energy. Cause you need people's good vibes to recharge and other times you need calmness.
